Odds are, if you landed on this page…we have a couple of things in common: one being that health & fitness is a priority to us, and the second being that we don’t have all the time in the world to squeeze it in to our jam-packed schedules. There are only so many hours in a day to get everything accomplished - I feel ya, girl!

That’s EXACTLY why I created this training guide. My health is the absolute number one priority in my life — if I’m not healthy, everything else in my life reflects that. We’ve all had seasons of our lives where we’ve put our health & fitness goals on the back-burner because things get crazy. We’ve all had times when we just don’t have the energy to create our own workouts. That’s okay, girl — that’s what this training guide is for. You don’t need to wait for a Monday or January 1st to get started. The time is now!

This guide is MADE for busy girls just like you. I used to be the girl that would spend hours and hours in the gym because I thought that was the only way to get a solid, effective workout in — but I am here to tell you...that’s not the case!

These short-but-sweet workouts are going to kick your butt. They are by no means easy. But again, if you’re like’d rather put in 30 minutes of grueling, all-out work than be at the gym for an hour. #AintNobodyGotTimeForThat
