Quick & Killer: HIIT Workout

This is a great HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that will get you sweating in less than 30 minutes, and get that heart rate up! This combines cardio, lower body strength work, and upper body strength work. And voila, you have the perfect HIIT workout!

Here's what you'll need:
- 1 Kettlebell
- A set of light to medium weight dumbbells

...that's it! If you don't have access to a kettlebell, you can use one heavier dumbbell instead. If you don't have dumbbells, you can just use the kettlebell!

Take breaks as needed - but be sure to keep your heart rate up!

Here's the workout:
30 Kettlebell Swings
+ 10 Squat Jumps (no weight)
+ 10 Upright Rows (with dumbbells)

25 Kettlebell Swings
+ 15 Squat Jumps
+ 15 Upright Rows

20 Kettlebell Swings
+ 20 Squat Jumps
+ 20 Upright Rows

15 Kettlebell Swings
+ 25 Squat Jumps
+ 25 Upright Rows

10 Kettlebell Swings
+ 30 Squat Jumps
+ 30 Upright Rows
