The Best Blueberry Protein Muffins EVER!

 

FINALLY: Protein muffins that aren’t as dry as the dang sahara dessert! I honestly can’t believe how good these turned out yall! This makes 12 muffins, each muffin is 110 calories, 6g carbs, 4g fat, and 12g of protein! I’m 👏🏼 not 👏🏼 lying! Save this recipe, you neeeeed to try it! ooooh and if you’re feeling naughty this is also very good as a dessert with a lil vanilla Halo Top, ya know what I’m sayin? 


RECIPE: Makes 12 cupcake

-4 scoops whey protein - - > I recommend BPN Cinnamon Roll, or a vanilla flavor.
-1 cup blueberries
-1 half banana
-1.5 cups eggs whites
-3 tbsp almond flour
-2 tbsp ground flaxseed
-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
-1/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-1 tsp vanilla
-3 tsp baking powder
-cinnamon to taste


⏰ bake for 20 minutes!
