Superfood Green Smoothie Recipe

Okay so I am not one of those blessed (and crazy) people who actually enjoys eating vegetables...but I know how important it is to get your greens in! This Superfood Green Smoothie has been a game changer for me when it comes to getting my greens in.  I'll add in a scoop of Bare Performance Nutrition's Strong Greens - which is loaded with the micronutrients I normally miss in my diet!


-2 cups kale
-1/2 cup green apple
-1 cup pineapple
-1/2 cup cucumber
-1 TB chia seeds
-1 scoop BPN strong greens
-1.5 cups almond milk
