Homemade (Healthier!) Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

This one is for all of my basic girls! It’s no secret that Starbucks has ruled the coffee game when it comes to Fall with their signature Pumpkin Spice Latte - but who wants to pay those crazy prices when you can make a PSL just as good from the comfort of your own home? Thanks to the this delicious recipe, you’ll never need to hit the drive thru again!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

-2 cups milk of your choice (I use almond milk)

-2 tbsp. pumpkin puree

-2 tbsp. Stevia

-1 tbsp. vanilla extract

-1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

-1 cup coffee

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add in the milk, pumpkin puree and sugar. Stir and heat until hot, but do not let boil.

  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and the coffee.

  3. Pour the mixture into mugs. Top with low-fat Rediwhip or extra pumpkin pie spice.
